MARK AUSTRY  1977 - 2010
It's been said that the exercise of an extraordinary gift is the supremest pleasure in life. Mark had many gifts and we feel very fortunate that over the last seven years he chose to share some of them with us. Mark was an exceptional coworker and an even greater friend. While Mark excelled professionally and as an athlete, his true love was his family. Our thoughts and prayers go out to his wife, Mariana and two daughter's, Isabella and Anna. If you'd like to contribute to a memorial fund set up for Mark's children please contact Britt Harper with Edward Jones at 888.758.1821. To learn more about Mark and his story CLICK HERE.

The Inline Group is an innovative candidate sourcing company that is dedicated to radically improving the way you find healthcare professionals. Unlike recruiters, our success is driven by the service we provide, not the commissions we negotiate. Our support is offered on a month-to-month basis, with NO LONG-TERM CONTRACT required. We find you pre-qualified candidates for ALL open positions for ONE low monthly fee. Once your staffing needs are met, you can put us on hold or quit all together. It's that simple.

Why would we offer our services without a contract? This approach allows us to be flexible to your budget while staying accountable to your needs. The healthcare recruiting industry has some problems. We're working hard to fix them. Let us show you how.

COMPANY BIO >
WHAT'S IN A NAME?

We've been helping healthcare organizations find talent with no placement fees, no long-term contracts, and no headaches since 2006.

But if you were to back up a little further, you'd see that we were involved in some pretty shady dealings: outside recruiting. Yuck.

We know it's not something people usually fess up to, but in this case, working for companies that got it wrong was precisely what led us to create one that got it right. Because when you spend your day upsetting people, you really start to question what it is you do and why you're doing it. Many of the flaws we encountered were hard to miss. Some were in the form of client objections like: "What if the Doc decides to leave after two months? Will you return your $20,000 placement fee?", "So, even if your service isn't working after six months, I have to keep paying you for an entire year?", "We have to pay you to interview? We don't need you to interview.", or "How is mail with YOUR name on it going to help ME?" By the end, the only answer we could muster up was "Good Point."

There are no good answers to those questions, by the way. Don't let anybody tell you there are. That's why we decided to throw them out altogether. Placement fee? What placement fee? Long-term contract? Sorry, you'll have to go through a recruiter for one of those. If mail is what you want, it's going to have your name, your job opportunities, and even your face on it if you like. We got into the business of serving clients and left the business of selling them.

Sure, there were some growing pains, like the fact that we were so excited about our new approach that we weren't sure what to call it. A couple of names we tried out were "Inline Referral Network" with divisions like "Physician Referral Network," "Therapy Referral Network," and so on. It was like junior high when you're not really sure how to dress, so every six months you might have a new look until you figure out that no one else in school is wearing parachute pants. Ok, maybe not that bad.

While The Inline Group is made up of those who were looking to make a break from the big-name recruiting firms, others came out of independent companies like C2P. In fact, C2P Group, LLC is the name of our legal entity, and you might see it occasionally on an accounting statement or something. But rest assured, our folks from C2P exorcised those retained demons long ago.

So in short, we feel very fortunate to have developed an approach to client service that allows us to get up everyday, look in the mirror, and like what we see. We're proud of what we've built and excited about our latest additions, like the CATS database that gives you total accountability throughout our process, and unique strategies like reaching out to the passive candidate. Thanks for taking the time to read up on us. It makes us feel like we're "interesting." We look forward to helping you in any way we can.

CASE STUDIES
We could go on and on about how great we are. We could say we're easier to deal with, more effective, more affordable, a better value, and on and on, but that would just be bragging, so we've asked a few of our partners if they wouldn't mind doing so. Seriously, like the folks on our Clients Page, these people are sharp. They've seen it all. They've been kind enough to share a little bit about their experience working with us. If they happen to think we are awesome, who are we to argue with these very smart people?

CASE STUDY 1: JEANNIE VIRDEN, DIRECTOR, OPERATIONS SERVICES
LONE STAR CIRCLE OF CARE, CLINIC SYSTEMS

Q. PLEASE TELL US A LITTLE BIT ABOUT YOURSELF AND YOUR POSITION.
My position of Director of Operations Services has many different roles. In short summary, my primary duties and responsibilities are provider recruiting, provider credentialing and privileging, and provider on-boarding. I also work directly with the Clinic Systems CEO and CMO on day-to-day operations, operations strategic planning, and operations budgeting.

Q. OVERALL, HOW WOULD YOU DESCRIBE YOUR EXPERIENCE WORKING WITH THE INLINE GROUP?
It has been wonderful! Since I am not able to dedicate 100% of my time to physician recruiting and have no on-site support, they have taken a very large portion of my workload from me. They present qualified candidates that I am able to follow up directly with, and if I am unable to reach a candidate, they are available to help me.

Q. ARE THERE ADVANTAGES OF USING OUR SERVICES OVER TRADITIONAL RETAINED SERVICE, CONTINGENT SERVICE, OR ADVERTISING?
I have more provider candidates by using The INLINE Group alone than I had through other agencies or advertising sources! The best part is they present advanced-practice nurses as well as physicians all for a fraction of the cost of the other sources. As a non-profit organization, we are not able to pay high placement fees for candidates. Using The INLINE group allows us to place as many candidates as possible for less than the cost of placing two providers with other sources or adding a full-time recruiter to our staff.

Q. IF YOU WERE SPEAKING WITH A HIRING MANAGER WHO WAS CONSIDERING WHETHER OR NOT TO USE OUR SERVICE, WHAT WOULD YOU TELL THEM?
I would whole-heartedly recommend they use this service!

Q. WHAT SERVICES WERE YOU USING BEFORE, AND HOW DID WE HELP/ADVANCE/SUPPLEMENT YOUR EFFORTS?
We were using other recruiting agencies that charge placement fees, and we were placing individual ads on-line with minimal results. The cost of using these sources was a huge hit to our budget, not to mention the task of keeping all these sources up to date was time consuming. By using The INLINE Group alone, we were able to save a tremendous amount of money as well as time with much better results.
CASE STUDY 2: VAL LEWIS, FOUNDER, OWNER
EDUCATIONAL REHAB, LLC

Q. PLEASE TELL US A LITTLE BIT ABOUT YOURSELF AND YOUR POSITION.
I am the founder and owner of Educational Rehab, LLC, a contract therapy services business located on the East Coast. We provide contract therapy services (PT, OT, Speech) to several public school systems and private entities in the DC Metro area.

Q. OVERALL, HOW WOULD YOU DESCRIBE YOUR EXPERIENCE WORKING WITH THE INLINE GROUP?
Excellent.

Q. ARE THERE ADVANTAGES OF USING OUR SERVICES OVER TRADITIONAL RETAINED SERVICE, CONTINGENT SERVICE, OR ADVERTISING?
Yes, I like the month-to-month services option. This allows the company to save money by not being locked into a year long recruitment services agreement, when recruitment services may not be required. Inline is always happy to hear from their customers, even when their services have not been utilized for a period of time.

Q. IF YOU WERE SPEAKING WITH A HIRING MANAGER WHO WAS CONSIDERING WHETHER OR NOT TO USE OUR SERVICE, WHAT WOULD YOU TELL THEM?
Inline is professionally operated with superb customer service. The staff is immediately responsive without being overbearing and they produce positive results. Together, we were able to streamline the process so that the candidates were presented to us in the most efficient and timely way possible.

Q. WHAT SERVICES WERE YOU USING BEFORE, AND HOW DID WE HELP/ADVANCE/SUPPLEMENT YOUR EFFORTS?
We hired an in-house recruiter and it wasn't successful...we actually lost money. We also used a very large well known recruitment company and this was even less successful. We were locked into a one year contract. Not only did we lose money, they were able to recruit only one person over the term of the agreement.
